Heatwave Plan
Each year the UKHSA communications team provides content materials to support the Heatwave plan for England, which aims to protect health and reduce harm from severe heat and heatwaves.
These materials are of particular use from 1 June until 15 September, the period during which Heat-Health alerts are likely to be issued. These resources include social media assets which provide advice to different people/sectors on precautions that can be taken during periods of hot weather. These assets are low res web friendly PDF & JPG posters.
Also included is the 2022 Heat Health Alert communications toolkit, presented as a word document.

COVID-19 cases have risen by 63% in Wirral, in the last week. Between 3 March 2022 and 9 March 2022, 1,503 people had a confirmed positive test result.
